I have 2 new chooks today light sussex, and just wondered what the difference was of light and speckled.  Is it just the colour? 

How much smaller will these be than my Gingernut Rangers and Miss pepperpot?

As far as my knowledge goes, light sussex are white with the black/white collar and touches of black sometimes on wing tips.  Speckled are 'speckled' lol

But our Light sussex are bigger than our hybrids.

yep agree with auntie, some strains of sussex can be very large! namely the light sussex. Are the bantam or large?

They are small as they are 21 weeks here so must be bantom.
