You can make lovely tomato and basil soup, make ratatouille for the freezer , tomato puree, abase for pasta loads of things  :) :)

I'll get shot for this but, when making ratatouille to freeze what veg do you use and how do you prepare it?  Perhaps you could answer over on the cooking site.

Makes my 6' nails sound really tacky lol

Didn't get to the plot today again because of back issues  :(  I've so much to do too.

got wet picking loads of veg

bucket of french beans, mange tout and runners
lots of potatoes
shallots and onions


also went on a caterpillar crusade amonst my psb

yellow and green courgettes (of course), 2 carrier bags of runners, French beans, spring onions, beetroot, celeriac, Sungold toms, Maris Peer spuds, Cos lettuce, Cerise lettuce, Hispi cabbage, last of rhubarb (for chutney), loads of blackberries, parsley, chives, basil, sage, lemon thyme...................whew.................and breathe..................

Nothing spent the whole day fiddling with websites and still didnt do what needed to be done

spent along time trying to correct the mistakes we made by uploading one site to the other by accident

Tomorrow evening I am going to my plot, regardless of what happens. unless the world ends that it  :lol:
