Halfawhale could you mean the victorian kitchen garden where Harry Dobson returns a walled kitchen garden to productivity demonstrating methods the victorians used? if it is then its available on D.V.D. Igot it as part of a six Disc set including the victorian flower garden,(2discs) the victorian Kitchen,(2 discs) and the victorian kitchen garden all twelve episodes on 2 discs. have only watched the first 7 episodes of  the kitchen garden as the weather has finally let me onto the ground. I got mine off amazon but it is a B.B.C. PRODUCTION so it might be available from other sources.
  Hope that helps.

I'd like to find a council so helpful as to help with the clearing.Ours seems to habe the saying clear it in six months or move on.No helpful little man appeared to clear even the rubbish  we had to move the lot to the tip.Think we should all work for the BBC

He'll come to a sticky end though. not digging out the weeds they will come back with a new life once he starts planting and feeding.Lets see how long the spot on the programme lasts once the weeds take over.

I always thought Monty Don was #1 in that group, with the other two sharing decisions.

As for them reading this forum, I'm sure they do. Probably where they get their best ideas and information from.  I've noticed that no sooner have we discussed something here, then it seems to come up on GW.
Sure wish they'd go back to the old video clip method - the new one takes forever to load up on my dial up system. But considering some of the criticisms of current programs, maybe its a punishment I don't need to endure

I think he's been getting a lot of stick on the BBC forums. I'm sorry, I just can't believe the BBC had no influence on him being given that wood and those palettes.

The researchers have a great way of implying but never saying that the store will get free TV publicity.

GW filmed at our local B&Q - Mr Superstar was apparently too important to speak to the store manager let alone any of the public hoi poloi. I'm afraid I'm cynical about the TV people. In my small experience an arrogant bunch with little relationship to reality.

I wonder what the chances are that people might have asked him actual gardening questions, which he wouldn't have answers for ?    Terrible position to be in if you're hyped as mr knowitall.
