To shrink your pics.

Copy them to another folder (so you don't shrink the originals).
Open the copy in Paint (assuming you're using Windows)
Select Image--> Resize.
Select 50% for Horizontal and Vertical.
Save the file

The 50% depends on the starting size of the file and the size you want to finish with but works ok for pictures I take using a 16-megapixel camera. You may want to play with that figure so you reduce it by the least amount that you can get away with posting.

Mine are just germinating. I was so impatient I started ferreting about in the pot, then one appeared a couple of days later so I probably disturbed the rest  ::)
