I was thinking of growing kiwi fruit,dt brown advertise a self fertile called argutta which they say produces fruit the year after planting.
Does anyone know anything about it, or could recommend a type to grow,ive got a south facing wall i can grow it against

I planted a self fertile kiwi about 5 years ago against a south facing fence, but it has never fruited.  However, they do make a beautiful display, or as a climber with very large green leaves with red tinges on the new stems and leaves, very beautiful.
