Does anyone know of a supplier for paraffin in the Basingstoke area? Its for the flame torch my husband is going to use to clear our newly acquired plot .

Shame you are not nearer my neighbour has half a tin left over from when he cleared his orchard of weeds three years ago with a flame gun.. He had to stop halfway through when his shed, hedge, and summer house went up in flames. He doesnt use his flame gun now.

I did see someone set fire to their lavender bush but that is a different scale entirely

Thanks - we managed to get some from B&Q. My husband assures me that he is very experienced with a flame gun and I am acting as fire marshal with buckets of water and sand at the ready.
