Hi Polly, Morning Glory is another name for Bindweed, so you are right. I think it depends wether its a problem in your garden or not as to what name you give it

Thanks for clearing that up Digger Dave, I did have thoughts of all that paperwork and courts bursting with bindweed abusers. Quite comical really
