Hi all          Is it ok  to  blanch  and freeze   parsnips?    Michael

Makes roast parsnips so easy ....  You'll find you are getting them out the freezer rather than the ground during the worst of the winter!   :ohmy:

yes definitely - blanch then freeze. Easy and retains most of their flavour.
