It's me again, I can't believe it, we had our previous chickens for 18month until some greedy fox came along and killed them, they didn't ever have any health problems. But now these new ones, who didn't come cheap I might add and it was a very well kept farm they came from, have had nothing but problems. First we had trouble with mites, so we have now got them a new hut and are treating the hut and them regularly with mite powder and sprays for the coop. I am putting cider vinegar in their water, some garlic too. Now one of my chickens has a scabbyish head and seems to be bald round one of her eyes. She is missing feathers too on her head. Has anyone any ideas what this could be. Camilla seems healthy in every other way.
Please help.

The skin showing in the bald areas does it look red ,irritated?

It doesn't look red but it looks very dry and wart like, the feathers are missing around her neck area and round one of her eyes. I looked at the skin underneath the rest of her and it looks different to the bald parts on her neck.
What do you think it is and what do I do.
She seems okay otherwise and acting as normal.
