As previously stated we only pay £2.50 for a 8mt x35 mt plot,with water freely available,it is a local authority owned site ,but self managed.The authority also supplies paving slabs for paths but nothing else.Must be the cheapest in the uk.

Hi Kabby,it is dirt cheap,pardon the pun,when i was first told the cost 3 years ago,i asked if i could pay it weekly to spread the cost.Again i am only joking,but it is only £2.50.

Have to say we were really surprised out how cheap ours was, the manager (we are the same local council owned but self managed) told us it would be going up by 50p in April.....when he told me the initial cost I thought it was per month!!!

Hi all, new to the forum I also pay £2.50 a year but then I am on the same plot as BeanSticks. Could'nt argue at the price when the secretary first told me, in fact i thought he was joking. Can't understand why it's so cheap, watching the big dig yesterday and the guys up the valley pay £19 per year but hey i'm not going to argue with it would you?
