Dug up all my autumn-planted garlic and onions on Sunday, during the Fathers' Day family barbecue at the lottie plot. Probably my best ever crop of these - mostly rather large, only very few with any slight signs of white rot. Except for those, which are taken home for immediate use, all are spread out on pallets to dry in the open air, uncovered. Must actually try to plait them this year! Any tips...?
