We would just like to help you skerts.  But I'm stumped.  

Is her comb a normal texture, not crusty at all ?

Just been out to check comb and yes it seems the same texture as Cecilas. :?:

It's as if the blood flow to the comb has been restricted towards the front.

But then the wattles are the same grey colour.

Very odd.

I've looked at your picture and I don't believe that you have anything to worry about. The blue comb that your bird has is almost certainly down to it genetic make up. Its a trait of the family if you like.

In the game chicken world, your bird would be called gypys faced. Its a term for any very dark faced birds. Panic over, you can relax, its face and comb never has or will be anyother colour.
