two simple questions about eggs
My 9 year old and 11 year old children enjoy boiled egg on toast every morning for breakfast.  We just boil the eggs and scoop the inside out onto toast.  That way we can ensure that every bit of the egg is used and we all love it!

two simple questions about eggs

I often thought that the egg peeling problem was because mine free-ranged all day not because they were so fresh!

I wonder how old the eggs are that you get in the shops then, 'cos before I got my chooks all of my eggs peeled OK.  :?  Makes you wonder...

My kids like what my mam used to call 'babys eggs'.  take a soft boiled egg, 2 slices of bread, a knob of butter and mix them all up in a jug and serve in mugs on a cold morning.  It's just like giving them dippy eggs but this way they eat all of the egg and not just the yolk and they eat more of it all.  I'm quite partial to it myself   :D
