Can you over chit?!
« on: March 30, 2008, 12:07 »
Just wondered if it is possible to "over" chit seed potatoes? Mine are currently sat on top of our piano, and the sprouts are HUGE! The bed they are going into is almost ready - just need to wait for dry weather so can pile in the poo!

not normally, sounds like they have not really had enough light, mine are 3 months old and the spruts are about an inch.
