Can’t help on the blueberries, as mine are in the ground. But I normally do a few strawberries in hanging baskets in the greenhouse but today I’ve just completed planting up 16 baskets, more on my diary. I used grow bag compost. Pollination can be an issue but you can hand pollinate, you will need to feed them & of course keep them well watered but not waterlogged.

Get a big enough pot for the blueberries, use the right soil, top up regularly and feed with the specialist feed. Works for me. Oh and net the things. The flying squad like the berries.

Specialist feed is the something special for fruit or is it something else?

Blueberries are acid loving plants , needing  lime free ( ericaceous ) compost . The same compost you would use for rhododendrons, azaleas , camellias etc in pots. The correct feed would be a liquid ericaceous feed ,
diluted and watered on the compost.
Might be an idea to mix some water storing granules with your strawberry compost , the more moisture available the more juicy your strawbs will be.

Remember the old white woven sacks that were supplied as recycling bags, back in the day? They were very strong and came complete with an equally strongly attached handle and were square, maybe 2 feet long by 15 inches wide. I slitted the sides for plants, with 3 or 4 plants per side, the foliage passed through from the inside, then back-filled the whole bag with decent compost enriched with chicken manure pellets and hung them over a raised bed on a frame erected for that purpose (a post at either end, with angled strengthening supports, and a piece of 2 by 4 connecting the two along the center line of the bed. Sturdy hooks were screwed in the underside of the 2 by 4) They were just as productive as bed-grown strawbs and virtually pest free, although I had to net them against the birds.
