The Mrs spotted these whilst watering the sweet potato plants we have on the kitchen window sill. Anyone know what they are?

At that stage, they could be almost anything. Looks like it's time to turn over your compost to heat it up and get rid of the little squatters.

Cant quite tell but they could be baby worms.

fungus gnat? have you got any small flies hanging about the plants

I wouldn't have thought that it matters too much, as long as they are munching away on the compost!
