kestrel
« on: June 13, 2013, 19:00 »
Well happy just had a quick peek and found a spud looks very nice and a good size.
Amazing colouring too.
Think I'll leave them though.
The lady crystl also looking good.
The wind has badly battered my potatoes breaking many plants, really annoying.
But they are still growing strong.

Thanks all

15th March, in big pots in the greenhouse!

Also one other spud, either 'Annabelle' or 'Lady C', because I hoiked out a weed down at the plot, and it uncovered a respectable potato, but it was in a bed where I'd planted both 'Lady C' and 'Anna - B', so I haven't a clue what it was!

Mrs Growster always boils her new potatoes, so that's the best way - she tells me..;0)

The ones on the plot went in on 2nd April, Homers, so they'll be a bit behind at the moment!

They'll all be well worth the wait, as you'll find out when you look at the first magical root!
