Is this mould on my Tom leaves?

They've been getting hardened off with a view to be planted today - just went to take them down to the allotment and noticed they have this mould...should I be worried?

Jim - does it rub off? IT doesn't look like powdery mildew to me. Can't tell too much from the piccies - it isn't sun scorch from water on leaves at all?

It could be sun scorch but it looks similar the the other tommy leaves thread so it could be thrips damage.

I agree...it's the sun and possibly some wind damage.
