hi all

I have been on the phone and am 4th on the list although some of the plots look like there has been nothing done with them the rent has been paid i mentioned that the should be a use it or loose it rule and she agreed but only took over the job last year and is finding her feet.  It is only fair to wait and see who wants to keep them  on and who doesn't then kick out the ones who simply aren't keeping them tidy etc.

cheers

dont let the lady rest on her butt ,she should be chasing the renters to clean them up before the seasons end .they should be left in a fit condition for another to take on ,or that is the rule where ever i have been with allotments . if they are not cleaned up you can be charged for the parish council doing it unless its in special circumstances
