Hi, just a quick question. I was wondering if Its best to use a water soluble feed e.g (Chempack) or a ground based fertilizer like blood, fish and bonemeal or something like that. What do you folks use?

We brought our first, fish, blood and bone yesterday on recommendation from the garden shop.  :)

I think without a doubt it's better to feed your soil. I've been feeding mine with a mix of compost, manure, bonemeal, fish blood & bone and chicken manure pellets and the yields have been so much better than last year when I had just taken the plot on.
