Yes, the water company stated yesterday that it has no plans to remove the ban in the near future.

That's not a worry right now though. We're more concerned about flooding following the persistent heavy rain during the last week.
Some areas not too far from here are under a couple of feet of water.

My hosepipe is not just banned its been made temporarily redundant/useless.  :D


Oh, and thank you for your appreciation of my previous post.  :)
The successes and failures of each year keep me motivated for the following year.
