i love to go the garden centres and browse through all the racks and choose my seeds that way , no waiting , no postage , and no messing about

Ever since they have been  doing mail order their reputation hasn't  been good especially for spuds. They cant seem to cope with the rush to send out at that one particular time of year. It amazing because they've had bad press over many years for it, they must just depend on new customers who dont know about their poor service!!

Another poor one was Sarah Raven. I never got the whole order, no written acknowlegment, no answers to emails, they rung me once and said they would refund, but never got  the whole amount. Good service makes all the difference.  Kings have always been good.

As my usual seed supplier, DT Brown, sent a discount voucher ... I just has to order something didn't I?
Anyway, I really couldn't see anywhere to put the code in and the order went through without it. So I e-mailed and said what had happened. Seeds arived 2 days later and a mail to say they have refunded the difference Result

Big plus with them is ...........they do not charge p&p for seed only orders

and no, I'm not anything to do with them, I just find them a reliable supplier!

My potatoes arrived today and look to be in good order.
Vegetable seeds were here inside 7 days.
First time order so I am happy with that but they keep sending me emails about special offers. 4 emails in 8 days about stuff I have no interest in.

I haven't ordered from them for several years yet I STILL get stuff throught the mail. I wish I didn't have to see their ads on this website.! Everything I have ever got from them has been pants, but maybe I was just unlucky ..!
