Well thanks for all the response everyone! Although it seems like too many of us are having troubles with TandM, at least I now know it's not just me! I think I will also be using other companies in the future. Everything is ready to go...I just need my seeds (and the weather a wee bit warmer!)

Ordered mine on 3 March (although dear knows why I've got plenty of seeds already) and they arrived today, and 42 teeny little geranium plants.

6th March ordered cues, beetroot chillies and other oddments. How frustrating!

I'm still waiting for everything that was ordered nealy a month ago  When I called I got told there was no record of my order yet. I'm considering telling them to cancel it when it does go through and ordering elsewhere. Then again, might be worth just waiting instead of starting again. I was so organised this year and now I'm being set back weeks!

Hi

I ordered plants via the web, via Credit card. when they arrived dead I got cra**y vouchers. The others were  to follow, but they must have been rubish too as they refunded them to my card.

The vouchers were short dated, so I have had to re-order from T&M, they better be alright this time !

update! Rang on Friday- no record of my order. Rang today-computer system was down  . They did eventually call me back, my order has now been processed, hoorah! But I might have to wait another two weeks, which will be 6 in total! I think I will go elsewhere next year.

You are dealing with a very poor company. You'll be lucky to receive anything at all from them. I've had nothing but trouble in the past.
