asparagus
rhubarb
perennial herbs

And typically,
runner beans (unless your supports are movable)
jerusalem artichokes (since they will grow from any that you miss)

Maybe others but these are the ones that spring to mind

sweetcorn, lettuce, spinach beet and swiss chard can generally be slotted in anywhere in a rotation plan.

Personally, I just try to avoid planting the same things in the same place as last year. Even that doesn't work out every time. But that is slack gardening, which I am perfecting.
Self-sufficient in rasberries and bindweed. Slug pellets can be handy.

I always move brassicas to new growing positions each year , not sure if anything else is really necessary.

Soil living creatures/viruses can build up I believe if the same crop is planted in the same spot year on year, but if compost and manure is being added and generally the soil is healthy ie worms are thriving, then its not so important to move such as beans, leeks, onions.

But in order to move brassicas and not return them to the same plot for 3 years ,you have to move the other crops too.

I knew a show onion grower who always used the same part of his garden for onions for 30 years . He used to water the soil with diluted jeyes fluid after harvesting, never tried that myself ! He swore it killed pests and deseases in the soil. Dont know what it did to the poor worms though ?
