Mine are the other way round.  The Early Purple Wight and the Albigensian White are about 4 inches tall.  The Music is just starting to show.

I planted my Music garlic and onion sets 2 weeks ago and there are inch long shoots.  I've only just planted the Illico and Purple Wight yesterday.  Strangely, the onion seeds I sowed at the beginning of September as per sowing instructions took forever to germinate - after 6 weeks I had more or less decided they were duff seed so had got some sets as an emergency standby ... only to find the seeds had sprouted.  Oh well.  They are coming along nicely and at about the same stage as the onion seeds I had planted last year about the same time so I'm not too worried about winter throwing a spanner in the works now.

Planted Music a few weeks ago... nothing yet, or maybe I've just not looked closely enough! Out with the torch when I get home tonight.  :tongue2:

Dunno but I'm hoping those of mine which are doing that will be OK!
I try to take one day at a time, but sometimes several days all attack me at once...
