Hi iv got some garlic in the shed from last years crop that has started sprouting will this be ok to plant out and if so when please thanks for any help  :D

Depends on the variety.

If it's Autumn Garlic it's too late. If it's Spring Garlic it may be ok but would be better if it had roots in the soil first.
I would just plant it fairly close together and just harvest the greens for stir fry.
