My 3 ex-batts refuse to let my pullets into the coop at night. They've been sleeping together for a week now, and I have to put the babies in the coop myself, while fighting FLo off them. Once they're on the perches, Flo leaves them be, but they cant take themselves to bed because she just wont let them in. They sit at the back door and peep for me to put them to bed. If I dont they try and sleep on the bench Will this pass?

Have you got another house you can move Flo to Carla ?  A couple of nights of calm might allow the new babies to get used to roosting on their own and then Flo will be on the back foot when she goes home and will have other things to think about.

Ahh, thank you. I've got the coop the babies were in, I did wonder if taking her out of the situation would help matters. I'll put her in the little coop tomorrow night then and see how it goes. How many nights do you think will be enough for the little madam to get the hint?

Give her 2 or 3 nights then try her back in the main coop.  If she is still Attilla the hen, you can put her back in the little coop for another couple of nights
