LOL

Well, you'll never guess, but I have my first customer for 6 Amberlinks!  I gave a lady from Freecycle some of my spare tomato plants, and she emailed me yesterday to say thanks as they did really well for her.  She mentioned she wants to get a coop up and running, so I sent her a photo of the Amberlinks and said they will be ready in 17 weeks or she could have some of the ex batts for nothing, and she has ordered 6 Amberlinks!!!

Waaaayyyyy

Do you remember before, we were talking about the Bovans Goldlines, and Richy said they were a cross between a RIR and a LS?  Well, in fact, so are the Amberlinks!

I remembered to ask the hathcery the other day.

They are all sex linked, and the Goldlines are a cross between A RIR cockerel and a LS hen, whereas the Amberlinks are a cross between a LS cockerel and a RIR hen!!

Just another piece of useless info I picked up, but I thought it was interesting!
