Advice needed. My chicks have started shaking their heads, sort of a quick flick, sometimes everythree seconds or so. Otherwise appear healthy. What is wrong please?

My hens did this when they had mites. I rang the vet because I thought they might have them in their ears but the vet said as they'd already been treated with frontline it would eradicate them within a few days - which it did. Might be worth checking?
