Cucumber question
« on: August 06, 2007, 21:12 »
I have a cucumber plant in my greenhouse which, after a rocky start, is finally taking off. It has lots of lush leaves and lots of tiny cucumbers, but they don't seem to be growing a great deal, if at all. (I'm using the growth rate of courgettes and pumpkins as a comparison, maybe that's wrong?)

It's in a growbag and the only feed it's had is the occasional Tomorite when doing my tomotoes.

Is there something else I should be feeding it?

And do I need to manage it, i.e. remove sideshoots etc (although it seems the sideshoots have the most cukes).

Thanks

Fletch
