Monty passed away about an hour ago. He had been to the vets this afternoon, and was prescribed some anti inflam/painkiller, and more baytril. He seemed to have a fit, maybe a heart attack this evening, and just died. Im so sad, so is OH. Ill write again tomorrow, when hopefully Ill feel a bit less sh*te.

I'm really sorry to hear the sad news. I think everyone thought he was out of the woods and was on the road to recovery  We were all routing for him

Oh Mary, I'm so very sorry to hear your news.  Poor little man.  I honestly thought things were begining to look up for him.  At least you can seek some comfort from the fact that you did everything you could possibly have done for him and then some.

Mary,, how sad, I have been keeping up to speed on Montys progress, what a shame, but how lucky he was to have had a carer such as you for him , that did utmost best and gave him a quality of life, I bet he is in chooky heaven now telling all the others what a lucky life he lead with  you ......
