Grows all year round, or can be harvested all year round?

Obviously perennials like Jerusalem Artichoke grow all year round; and lettuce will if you choose different cultivars, and leeks as they are sown in Feb and harvested Nov-Apr....I could go on...

Hi, I grow Red Russian Kale (young leaves can be used in salads), Swiss Chard and Perpetual Spinach, these crop all year. By the time they start to go to seed I have another supply ready to go in and take over.
