Sounds like you'll soon be needing a bigger freezer  :)  Cauli in curry, in soup, in cheese sauce, cauli deep fried in breadcrumbs, in pakora. I love the stuff. Growing Aviso at the moment but I've always done well with AYR.  Failed to get any Aviso to maturity last year for some reason. The ones I have growing at the moment are looking promising though. Can't wait  :)

Never tried it fried? sounds tasty though so will give it a go! Hubby adores cauliflower cheese, I always add grated onion to the cheese sauce just before it thickens yum.
