I congratulate you (through gritted teeth) I'd love to grow them, but doesn't matter whether I sow direct or transplant, they come to nothing, then bolt  :(

We've had all these problems too. For these we sowed directly, early June under enviromesh (ultrafine) to stop Fleabeetle. We previously found that spraying didn't help protect the seedlings. We have been watering because of the dry weather but no problems with bolting so far (fingers crossed).
