After Shaun gave me some pak choi plants I have grown them on and planted them out and they are growing nice and strong.

But I know nothing about them and today they started sprouting what look like flower buds.
From what you all had taught me about boulting and things making seeds because they think a drought is coming, I nipped them off and gave them a good watering.
Did I do right :?:

think they have bolted jim its all over i'm afraid ,i just grow them for salad this time of year if you sow some more around august and plant em out in september they tend to grow a lot bigger for cooking,
feed the soil not the plants
