Newbie questions!

I have successfully grown some tomatoes, chilli pepper and sweet peppers from seed inside and they are now doing well with tomatoes about 15cm tall and chilli / pepper with 4 true leaves each. When can I put them out in a cold greenhouse (I live in South London)?
Don't want to put them out there too early. Eventually they are going into my raised beds.

people that far south (including me) have started hardening off their seedlings. Probably you should start it as the days are good now.

Aren't peppers and chillis less cold tolerant than tomatoes?

hmmm there is a thought. But i put mine outside for hardening last week and they are inside since monday(chillies). I have chucked 3 tom plants to the plastic greenhouse and lett them decide do or die.
last year I noticed a strange behaviour on a tomato plant. one seed slipped somehow and was in tub outside and decided to sprout during beauriful weather in september. grew well and tolerated the early frost until december 8 (the last time I saw it alive before i left for holidays) and probably died in the first big freeze before Christmas.
