Today I brought and planted some Autumn Raspberry's, I got one with growth at the bottom as I believe this is where the fruit come from. The cane is about 2ft tall, should I cut this back as it does have leaves etc on it?

No, that growth is this years and should be fine (unless it looks woody and has signs of fruiting in the previous year on it).
I guess its just been kept somewhere frost  free with a bit of heat so started off early. Just be careful in case it might be susceptible to the cold if it hasn't been hardened off. In which case, trim off to a few inches and shoots should come up from the root stock.

Anything that looks woody will be last years growth, which is what needs to be pruned away.
If it is green and fresh, that's what it will fruit on later this year.
I got quite a lot of berries from the 5 plants I got last year, which were nice. But it has thrown up so many more canes this year already that I am really looking forward to harvest time.
