Broady's up quick !
« on: March 24, 2010, 22:23 »
Put a few rows of Suttons Dwarf and Scorpio in on the 18th and they were just breaking the surface this afternoon.   :D  :D

Is it me or has everything all of a sudden decided its spring ? I'm sure you could actually see the garlic growing yesterday.

That's great.
I put mine in root trainers 3 weeks ago,  still no sign... they're in a "cold frame" ie my plastic greenhouse.  Not sure why they aren't up, I'm going to investigate tomorrow and see if there is any sign of life. :(
Lotty holder since Aug 09... I've FINALLY finished clearing it! On with the p.lanting  ....

We're on the move at last  :)

I used to sow in pots of compost and care and nurture them, that was until watching the old bloke next door - He scatters them randomly and "plants" them (pushes them 2 inches down) with his walking stick.

He's not sown his yet - so Im wondering what he knows that I don't.
