As a newbie still getting used to all this so hope Im doing it ok. Good to see so many new
members like me.
Just had to say we collect our new girls tomorrow. We are leaving our holiday early[North Yorkshire] and travelling 4hrs back home in the morning v early. Had a message today to say come and collect them, there ready.. And thats it! Buttered up hubby for an early rise
and the dash is on, hope not to much snow on A1 home to Cambs?.   Out with the suitcases and in the the boxes. Wish us luck!

not snowing here in Lincolnshire so hopefully you should be ok. How exciting for you - what breed and how many are you getting?

We are getting 6. A colourful crew, 1 of each hybrid L Sussex, Bluebelle,Speckledy, Amber,B Sussex and a Nera. Think that  how you spell them. Got names already. Save them for another day. So looking foreward to the big moment. Didnt expect them to be ready untill next week. Im never going to sleep!
We shall drive carefully, and pleased to here Lincolnshire ok. Got pack bye for now!

Ahh congratulations !!  I am going to be a new mum tomorrow also.  I am having four ex batts.   There is a sharp frost for lincolnshire reported for the next couple of days so I will have to make some makeshift jumpers for them if they are featherless.  I have a new coup ready for them but it's so cold here at the moment as we are quite exposed.  I also have to keep my eye on mr Fox as he visits my garden also..
