I've never grown these broad beans before and the beans are supposedly white. Might be a silly question but I love the vibrant green colour when you take the tough individual bean skins off. Is it just the skin that's white (instead of grey/pale green) or is the bean inside white? Thanks guys!

The bean is green :) once the skin is removed.
Fresh new beans  dont have the skin tho.

T & M described the beans as white in their catalogue but I've ordered some anyway so I can plant soon and use up some empty space. Thanks for your help.
