Interesting Peppers
« on: September 29, 2009, 14:25 »
Heres a thumbs up for you.

I read something interesting about sweet peppers but probably the same for al peppers.  This person said that they have found you can take a branch off the pepper and stick it in the soil and it will take root and grow just as you can do with tomatoes.  They said saves waiting for germination.  I think I will give that a go if I dare risk it after waiting and waiting for germination and finally getting one ging next year.  I may also try it with one of the peppers I have brought in for the winter, which I must remember to do this year as they are tender perennials(sp) and lost them last year.

as they are tender perineals (sp) and lost them last year.

you don't want to lose your perineals, I climbed over a barbed wire fence once and it was a close thing...
