Some raspberry canes from my old next door neighbour.  Her rasps are the best so I am very happy indeed.  I only hope they like their new home.

I was just about to start that thread!

I planted 3 rows of early nantes carrot in the greenhouse border, and a gutter full of Early Onward peas.

Must be the sight of the newborn lambs making me think of shepards pie!!!

Today I planted onions and asparagus

made Richys paper pots and filled them with compost ready for sowing

filled all my big planters ready for things that I'm going to grow in them (haven't decided exactly what yet...maybe tomatoes and courgettes)

checked all the fruity things I bought from Lidl, Aldi and Wilkos....what I planted as dead sticks now has leaf buds etc.

thought about all the other things I'm going to plant...............

Think I may have gone a little mad  but they had a 3 for 2 offer  8)

The plan is (if you can call it a plan) that as it is going to be my first season, I will grow a little amount of lots of things and see what does and doesn't work. Have also made sure that it is only veg we like to eat (hence no Broad Beans  :tongue2:)

Now just have to work out what the heck to do with them all
