When I grow brassicas in modules they always have bent stems. How do I keep them straight?

Give them direct overhead light which is what they'll head for and remain straight. Otherwise, why worry about it? I never do as long as they grow nice heads.

Mine always bend.

When I pot them on into 3" pots I bury the bend.

Then they bend again.

When I plant thenm out I bury this bend.

That usually fixes their little game!

That's what I do Dave.  Plant them out deep so that any bent stems are buried.
