Took delivery of 12 runners from TandM last week. They arrived all sorry looking in a Jiffy bag. Bloke at allotment said not to put em outside yet so they were potted up and are spending a bit of time on the spare room windowsill. Many fresh green shoots have appeared which is great but these have now been followed by some flowers!?!

Are my plants confused because they are too warm? If so should I just stick em outside with some fleece or do they now need aclimatising?

So do you think I have confused my strawberry plants then?

Do they need to go out? Can they go out in this weather if they have gotten used to being inside?

I'm sorry Yummy, but I don't know much at all about strawberries, just wanted you to know you are not alone!!!!!  Hopefully someone will pop up with an answer soon!!!

I wouldn't put em straight out in this freezing weather......wait for the change next week then gradually harden them off.
