One of my hens lays quite big eggs, but when I crack them to cook,
the white is very runny, almost like water.  I've cracked the eggs the same day they are laid, after a few days and after a week.  Same
thing.
Anyone got any ideas why?  All the other hens eggs have nice
"tight" whites.  :?:

We've had this too, almost as if the bigger the egg, the runnier the white is.  We put it down to the white being more "dilute" in a large egg, but we are very new to this game, so one of the lovely experts on here will be able to help more.

It's not unusual, especially in an older bird.  There's no fix for it !

Fried eggs fit the sandwich better though

One of the hens that lays runny whites is 28 weeks old and the other
is a hen from last spring.
