as anybody used comfry when setting spuds this year and if so how have you done with them,

ive read that it suppose to be rather good stuff :o  nogger

not done it myself but one of the ladies on our  plots does it every year and she been on the plot 23 years so it must work for her

I read that it was good to, I am growing som bocking 14 for next year.

In the absense of comfrey this year I used lawn cuttings this year, had our first spuds today and they seemed to have faired well.
