Tomatoes -Help
« on: July 06, 2008, 21:52 »
I live on  top of the south downs, this weekend has been really windy. my toms are in grow bags,2 are doing really well, the other 2 are not so good, one has died!! They have been moved due to building work in the house next door.

Would it be ok to repot the other one into a tub and see how it does,or is it best to leave it  and hope for the best.

n
ot been doing this for long (bout a month) :?

Yes, you can repot it into a large tub asap. Just try to keep as much soil around the roots as possible when moving it. The less root disturbance there is, the more successful the transplant.  Be sure to make the pot soil rich so that the tom can jump right in for solid nutrients. Also, check underleaves for any aphids and such which could be causing this problem.
