I've never really been a blanket supporter of organic foods other than for things where there may be residues (such as out of season fruit from Dutch mega-greenhouses), but an having a serious rethink. If this supposedly biodegradable chemical can pass through a plant, then an animal, then be composted, then pass through another plant and still may not be totally safe to eat, what about the milk and meat that has only gone through the first 2 stages?
