Our courgettes are flowering then starting to fruit but when the fruit is about 2-3 " it rots and drops off.The new leaves are green and healthy but as it gets older they turn greeny yellow and  white marks appear. Does anyone know what this is? and how can we fix it.

Dropping the first few fruit is quite common for courgettes. The white marks and the yellowing leaves can be a lot of things, a photo is good.

Loose old, marky leaves and avoid wetting the foliage.

A feed might do good too.

cold weather can cause immature courgette fruit to wither and rot.  A bit of warm weather will improve things.

Can just be natural mottling of the leaves, as much as start of powdery mildew, which is common as muck in courgettes. Can spray the foliage with 1:9 or 1: 10 milk and water mix and keep the root system moist.

My look white as their is a hanging basket above/to the right and when watering, the water comes through the basket.

The courgettes that you see, shall I cut them off and from where.
