Courgette problems .....

Hi folks .. new member here and hoping somebody can help me out .... planted a small veg patch and its being to grow now .... big problem though ... my courgettes & cabbages leaves are getting eaten while the carrots and lettuce are never touched .... thought it was slugs and have put down pellets over and over again but to no avail .... I wonder would it be a fly/insect of some other description ??

have you checked under the

leaves for caterpillars esp on the cabbage

hi ... the problem is that as soon as leaves grow they are eaten again .... no slugs to be seen anywhere ....

?

Flying rats ( Pigeons)? are they covered over I know they eat cabbages, mine have to be covered all the time

Get some netting over them
